Funerals are always very heart-breaking times for those who are grieving. Preparing the deceased for burial can be become difficult on a grieving family. Therefore Kirkcaldy Central Mosque provides a service which will take care of all needs during this distressing time.
We can arrange for the following services:
1) Washing of the body
2) Shrouding
3) Funeral prayer
4) Burial
In addition to this, the Mosque also caters for all those wishing to use the Mosque halls for condolences, annual remembrances and collective prayers.
We aim to deliver a free funeral service to Muslims providing advice, support and resources to family and friends of a deceased, in order to reduce the burden and stress at their time of need.
