We are in the process of refurbishing ghusl facilities for the deceased and providing a ta’ziyat area for women. Currently the deceased are taken to a nearby centre. In the future the masjid will have its own facilities available inshā’Allāh.
We are working with Burnley Muslim Burial Trust who are a free, independent and non-profit burial transportation service, run solely by volunteers. Muslim Burial Trust are able to support you in all the things that need to be carried out in order for a burial to take place.

We aim to deliver a free funeral service to Muslims providing advice, support and resources to family and friends of a deceased, in order to reduce the burden and stress at their time of need.
